Whatchu Know Bout Me would be for middle school on misconceptions of Jesus vs. His true nature.

I TOTALLY Love the idea Chad! This is a really important issue for students to 'GET'!
Here's off the wall idea:
During the series it might be cool to show them pics of REAL LIFE Jesus in culture too!
the guys standing on the corner with NOTHING - the least of these..Jesus knew what it was to be all alone, even His own disciples left him when they fell asleep and denied him.
Jesus in Nature, Movies, TV Shows, Jesus is simply EVERYWHERE!
ok one more crazy idea:
I love the flannelgraph Jesus in the Logo and that's the Jesus that everyone is familiar with...the one who never asks you to sacrifice anything...the one who's relationship with you stays at "Jesus is your friend"...
We both know that Jesus is the will at some point in your life go from being just Friend to Lord in your life...that requires some level of sacrifice (commitment, tithe, pick up your cross and follow him, deny self, etc.)
I know that NONE of that hits directly on 'His true nature' but hey it's just a thought!

collaboration is awesome. you guys got my mind headed in directions i wasn't thinking about and it's all good. i will chew some more with others and when the series is complete i will throw it out there.
